Dear customers, you can buy DVDs, Blu-rays and DOWNLOADS. You can download ALL our titles immediately after purchase. Many downloads is available in FULL HD quality 1080p (1920x1080), 16:9 in MKV or MP4 format. All other titles are in 16:9 or in 4:3 (768x576, 1280x720) also in MKV or MP4 format. Please note you need high speed internet to download video files. Especially files in FULL HD are large and will take some time to download.
When you choose DOWNLOAD as your product variant you do not pay any shipping cost. Choosing DOWNLOAD is the most convenient for you because you can download your ordered title immediately after paying for your order. NO MORE WAITING for postal service to deliver your videos! NO MORE shipping fees!
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE WORKING E-MAIL ADDRESS! YAHOO, HOTMAIL, GMX.de, WEB.de users: your e-mail provider does not always deliver our automatic messages (order confirmations with download links). Please use alternative e-mail address when registering on the website and making orders!

Recommended software:
We strongly suggest using some download manager to download your video files.
It is much faster and reliable than using your internet browser. It can also RESUME your download if connection interrupts for some reason
We suggest using JDOWNLOADER. You can get it here. It is very easy to use and it works great! You can drag & drop your download links into manager's window.
Please note that most issues with downloads is caused by your slow internet connection or security settings. Most Internet Service Providers slow down your speed during weekends and during data flow peak. So please try to download during OFF PEAK. Download Manager can set up timer for you so you would download for example at 3 AM when there is minimum data flow traffic.
To watch downloaded videos (MKV, MP4 files) we suggest using VLC Player. You can download it here.

How it works:
After finishing your order you receive confirmation e-mail with links to your download files.
It is all very simple: you just click on provided link or drag the link to download manager and drop it there. You save your purchased files to your computer. Your download links expire in 7 days. 7 days after your purchase you will not be able to download purchased titles again.
If you purchase an item that originally has 2 or more discs you receive 2 or more video files „zipped“ together (MKV files will be inside ZIP file). In order to watch them you will have to „UNZIP“ them. For that you have to have installed WINZIP or any other unzipping software. Read more about ZIP files here. But most of computers already have some unzipping software installed so to watch your downloaded videos will only require simple click!
Size of our video files is mostly between 0,9 to 1,5 GB. However if you need to download title that has 2 discs then file size would be around 3 GB. Titles that are available in FULL HD (Blu-ray discs originally) are larger. Around 4-8 GB. Double disc versions in FULL HD are around 8 GB. Please remember that bigger file is better video quality! Now you can create your account page where all your orders, downloads and addresses are stored. You can also have access to your favourite items – wish list. Ofcourse you can shop with us as a guest, you do not have to create your account with us. However we suggest to create it – it will make your shopping experience easier and better.
Shipping and packaging cost starts as low as 5.00 EUR for DVD or Blu-ray. All shipments are mailed using Priority Airmail for speedy delivery. Plain boxes and padded envelopes are used for all shipments to maintain customer privacy.
